1. Can I expect my child to be able to dress on his/her own immediately?

It depends on the child. We’ve tried our products with many children and parents like you: some managed to dress independently on the first try, while some required more time. 

We recommend letting them engage with the order: picking colours, receiving and opening the parcel (everything has been made toddler-friendly to open - we’ve tried it with toddlers), and begin with the story card! 

The first few times will require shadowing so they can see and hear how the poem plays out through your demonstration. Then, we recommend giving them the chance to practice on The Everyday range as much as possible, especially when the schedule is not tight, e.g. begin at bedtime or after a good nap instead of in the morning rush.

2. Do I have to use all aids provided in the item?

The aids support self-dressing based on the natural developmental progress of a child from age 1-5. When used together, a child at the age of 18 months can put on the clothes by himself or herself. However, they don’t have to use them all once they’ve progressed developmentally. 

We’ve also provided typical clothing cues like the position of clothes tags and faux drawstring (which they can begin practicing knots & ribbons on when ready) to help with intuitive positioning.

3. Material: What are your products made of?

All products are made from high quality natural cotton with no nasties (harmful chemicals, dyes or artificial additives). The Everyday Range is made luxuriously soft with stretch in the right areas, and is breathable yet durable.

4. Care: How do I care for my clothes?

All our products are easy to care for and machine washable. Cold wash is encouraged for the prints to be more durable, and to help conserve Mother Earth.

Also, as for all apparel with printing, do keep the prints inside when washing to help preserve Mr Sun & Mrs Moon for long!


1. Order Change: Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.

2. Incorrect Order: I’ve received an incorrect order and would like to ask for an exchange or refund, is it possible?

We check every order before shipping so we hope this doesn’t happen. However, if it does, please send us an email at hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com with a photo of your product within 24 hours upon receiving your parcel. We will arrange for a pick up and an exchange with free shipping as soon as possible. Please ensure that the item is in new condition and is returned with the original tags and slider bag. 

Unfortunately, we do not provide product returns to ensure that every product from us is new and clean for the child receiving it.

3. Promo Codes: Can I stack promo codes?

We are only able to process 1 promo code per checkout. This applies to reward redemptions as well.

4. Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, simply select ‘view and edit cart’ from your mini cart summary and then select 'gift options' within the “my bag” section. Your order will be wrapped with a handwritten version of your personalized message (200 characters) on a gift card.

5. I have not received my order confirmation or dispatch email, what should I do?

Please drop us an email at hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com with the name and email address that the order was placed under so we can resend the order confirmation or dispatch email.

6. Do you sell in any retail stores?

We are currently stocked only online, but are working on going into physical stores soon! Do drop us an email at hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com or DM us on instagram to let us know where you’d wish to see us!

7. Will there be a receipt or invoice included in my parcel?

All payment and purchase histories can be found in your profile. To reduce paper usage, we do not include invoices in the parcels.

1. Does Everyday Magic provide free shipping locally?

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 days) for all orders above USD100, it will be automatically applied at the checkout. For all orders below USD100, a local shipping fee will be applied, and calculated at check out. 

Kindly note that any rearranged deliveries due to incomplete or invalid addresses will also be chargeable to the receiver. So do check before submitting your order!

2. Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes we do!

3. How long does shipping take (local)?

We will require 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. The trackable courier service will require another few more business days to deliver the parcel to your doorstep.

5. Does Everyday Magic ship internationally?

We don't ship outside of the US as of now. But if you'll like us to, drop us a DM on instagram or email hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com to tell us where to! We love to get to everyone who wants to bring Everyday Magic home! 

6. Where are your items dispatched from?

All items are handled, packed and dispatched with care from USA & Singapore.


1. Can I pay via bank transfer?

We don't offer this option right now. However, if you will like to purchase and item and don't see any payment options available to you, please write us an email at hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com we will find the best way to get the clothes to you & your little one(s)!

Tribe Membership and Rewards

1. I made a purchase in the past but did not create an account, so no points were collected then. Can I be rewarded for past spends?

Yes you can! We are grateful for all support for Everyday Magic. Please share your receipt with us via email at hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com, and we will update your account with your points within 3 business days.

2. Can I add more than 1 child’s birthday?

No unfortunately not, but you can earn unlimited points in your first purchase within the registered child’s birthday month.

3. Am I able to transfer points to someone else?

No you cannot. Earning points is really easy and we think you can do it without needing to transfer to someone else!

4. My points don’t seem to be correct.

5. How do I check how many points I have?

After you have created an account and signed in, click the "Rewards" button (with a 'star' icon) at the bottom right of the screen. You can see the points collected in the tab.
