Can I add more than 1 child’s birthday?
Unfortunately not, but you can earn birthday points every year on your registered child’s birthday to use for the full year after.
Am I able to transfer points to someone else?
Unfortunately not. Earning points is really easy and we think you can do it without needing to transfer to someone else! Do drop us a DM if a point transfer comes with a special reason, we will think about it!
My points don’t seem to be correct. Can you help?

I made a purchase in the past but did not create an account, so no points were collected then. Can I be rewarded for past spends?
Yes you can! We are grateful for all your support for Everyday Magic. Please share your receipt with us via the contact form in the website footer or via an email to hey.everydaymagic@gmail.com, and we will update your account with your points within 3 business days.
